Quick post of the new stash!

The destashing went well, and although I still have some leftovers, I was able to take the money to the Marylan Sheep and Wool festival and Pick myself up a few goodies:


I picked up a large selection of different fibers. Wool, silk, alpaca, superwash, angelina, firestar, organic cotton, Linen and angora.


My mother, bless her heart, also brought home 2 of these babies:



One for her, and one for me. I've already started spinning on it, although it was tough to get started having never used a wheel before, but once I got it started I was ready to burn the drop spindles for firewood.

More to come later, but I have to run to work now...... I wonder if I could put the wheel under my desk???
